Talking Therapy for Individuals
As a fully qualified BACP counsellor and through my own experiences I understand how hard it is to reach out for help and find the right person to understand you. Whatever you're going through, you don't have to face it alone. I am here to help and support you through whatever it is that is stopping you from getting the most out of life.

I offer an open and honest working relationship. I really listen to what you say so I can understand what life looks like from your point of view. My approach will give you space where you can be heard without fear of judgement to help you form a deeper understanding of your problems and ultimately find ways you can begin to help yourself.

Our sessions can take place either in person in my own therapy room situated in the heart of Huntingdon town center, or alternatively online. If you would like more information I am happy to offer a free 15 mins introductory call.

Sessions are always confidential and can take place online, over the phone or face-to-face in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire .

The first session is space for you to tell me your needs and concerns and what you would like to gain from counselling as well as an opportunity to see if we can work together.

Typically sessions last for 60 minutes and usually take place weekly.

I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and adhere to the BACP ethical framework and guidelines.
